The wiki says most units come from summoning, and many also come from stage rewards, events, and shops. Once you have obtained a unit, it stays unlocked in the Unit Index under milestones. Every unit has stats and passive abilities. Some have active abilities you trigger. Memoria and familiars are extra slots, not extra copies of the unit.
I only wrote full pages where I had obtain and evolution text, not just a name. Those are Rogita (Super 4) and Investigation Leader (Truth). Secret rarity and pity numbers are on secret units. I am not generating forty empty unit URLs.
